There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

did lots of ab work at the gym today...two different ab crunch machines.....lots of reps....back extensions....mcGill ab planks...

How was everyone's weekend?
Did you get a bunch accomplished?
Did you spend time with loved ones?
Did you rest and relax? GREAT FOR YOU!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR CORE! You can do any (or all) of the following:

*Do at least THREE exercises (and appropriate reps) that work your CORE area.
Spark Fitness has great suggestions for core exercises.

*Take a class such as kick boxing,martial arts spinning or aqua fit.

*Do an exercise video that focuses on your core muscles

*Do what works for you at your level of fitness

YOU CAN DO THIS!
