When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

as part of my totalbody strength workout (which I did this morning), I do leg curls,leg presses, leg extensions....

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Jogging
*Rollerblading
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, Kickboxing, etc.)
*Jumping rope, squats, lunges, jumping jacks
*Biking

How will YOU work out your legs today?
