*Drink 8+ glasses of water......did it
*Take my vitamins..................did it
*Eat 3 or more servings of veggies.....did it.....had some fruit....and did a total body strength workout at the gym...

ps forgot to add:
Track calories eaten : 1x / day
Track calories burned : 1x / day
Read an inspirational quote : 1x / day
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. : 1x / day
Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day. : 1x / day
