There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I added a Seated Row to my workouts.....16 different exercises...3 days each week...

monday is one of my three total body strength days (thurs & sat the others)....my plan is to add two exercises to the workout starting monday (back extension & I'm not sure yet)....

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to LET YOUR CREATIVITY FLOW.
Do something fun, and creative. How about:

*Work on your hobby
*Plant in your yard or in a pot
*Try a new recipe
*Try a new hobby
*Try a new exercise
*Try a new Spark Team
*Crank up the music and dance (it is okay if you make up your own style LOL!)
*Sew
*Move the furniture around
*Go to the mall and try on an outfit you normally wouldn't wear (My DH always wants me to try on something I wouldn't normally buy. Who knows? Maybe you will find something you adore!)

Remember: Whatever you do, HAVE A BLAST!
