There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I will definitely do this today as my weight has been going up, up. I know food is the culprit.

today is day 5 of my 7 day cleanse...so believe me,I'm eating in moderation....so far-so good!!!

Happy Friday to you !

Your challenge today is to EAT IN MODERATION.
Get a smaller plate and serve yourself a small portion of your favorite foods being served.
Put your fork down between bites. Drink water throughout your meal.
Enjoy the company around you.
Enjoy the special dishes that you don't usually have throughout the year.
Don't beat yourself up for having something that isn't "diet friendly".
Instead, have a small portion and savor it.
