*Do at least THREE exercises (and appropriate reps) that work your CORE area.
Spark Fitness has great suggestions for core exercises.
*Take a class such as aquafit in the pool or yoga class.
*Do an exercise video that focuses on your core muscles
*Do what works for you at your level of fitness

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
