Got my usual quota of water but nothing else. I was challenged by my mom and kept my patience which is a goal I try to meet daily while she lives with us. Tomorrow is a new day and new challenges.

Have a great Friday!!

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied: satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

Drink you daily quota of water
Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own. Let us know what you are going to do to make you (and maybe your family) feel good and satisfied.

Then post here to let us know that you have met your goal.
