“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I got this on Monday so I will do it today. I start a boot camp this evening which I am very scared of. I am sure I will get those 30 minutes in this evening.

Happy Tuesday to you!!

Your challenge today is to EXERCISE FOR 30 CONTINUOUS MINUTES.
Your activity, intensity, and duration are up to you.
This could be as easy as a brisk walk, or as tough as a spinning class.
It is up to you.

Have an awesome Tuesday!
