Hmmm...did my ab workout yesterday...will do again tomorrow. Each night I like to do a few leg-lifts after getting into bed. Another easy way to build abs is to just get out of your chair without putting your hands on the arms of the chair. Do that a few times and you will feel it in your abs! :-)
Another easy, "portable" ab-workout: Wall Push-ups! They say that push ups are a far better, safer way to build abs and core muscles than sit-ups too!
