When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

one important appt set for each day....classes at the gym, today,thursday, and saturday....water every day....and it's steamy hot outside...

Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off this week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY THE WEEKEND!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today.
Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning to a sure to be busy few days.
