When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I ran my first 10 k yesterday and I feel so beat up. Not sure when I'll even get out of bed. But I will try to do some exercise. Maybe a walk.
