When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR ABDOMINAL (and Obliques) MUSCLES.
Do at least (3) different exercises (12-15 reps each) that target these areas.
Feel free to use: stability ball, weighted vest , weights, gym equipment, and/or resistance bands for more challenging exercises.
