Did you know that having strong back & stomach muscles can help with your posture? Having a straight posture can also make you appear slimmer. That's something that we would all love, right? RIGHT!
Your challenge today is to look in the Spark Fitness area and do 2 exercises that work your back muscles and 2 exercises that work your abdominal muscles. Feel free to incorporate weights, bands, or a stability ball to increase the difficulty level.
Swimsuit season is a month or two away depending on where you live. Let's work hard now to show off our slimmer, healthier bodies!
