How was your weekend? Was it hectic? Was it relaxing? Are you ready for a wonderful week? GREAT!
Your challenge today is to EAT 3 + 2! Eat 3 HEALTHY meals and 2 HEALTHY snacks. Plan ahead by making your lunch in advance. Throw an apple, yogurt, or some nuts in for an afternoon snack. If you are only able to use a vending machine, look for items such as: granola bars, pretzels, or animal crackers. These are usually the lower fat/calorie items.
YOU CAN DO THIS! Let's kick off our week by keeping our bodies full of energy (bypassing that afternoon slump).
