There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Lol! This was actually my unexpected challenge from yesterday....it was Nurses day and of course thst meant a party with cake, chips, pop, and more. I just grabbed my ice water and stayed away while i chit chatted:) it was tough but small victories are what makes the difference!

Happy tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to SAY NO TO EMPTY CALORIES. That means, steer clear of:

*Donuts, pastries, cookies, crackers, cereals, and baked goods filled with processed white flour and loads of sugar

*Drinks loaded with sugar

*Chips

*Candy and "junk food"

Really concentrate on eating healthy today. Make every meal & snack count.
