will try to add an hour to my total monthly minutes as i have not exercised as much due to my little holiday and then the surgery..........

I try to do at least 30 minutes on the bike 6 days a week....did it yesterday and today....

I'm a cardio junkie...always raking up usually at least 60 mins. daily and when heading off on the roads on my bike it's always at least double if not quadruple that!

Problem is I can get caught up in trying to out-exercise bad food choices...even though I oughta know that never works! Gotta stand by those healthy choices and keep within those calorie limits. Then one's cardio REALLY pays off!

Happy Wednesday to you!

It is time for determining your May CARDIO MINUTES. How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily? How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month? Can you increase that for the month of May?

Many of us were faced with food temptations. Increasing your exercise minutes for May is a great way to fight the "5lbs weight gain".

Your challenge today is to DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF May . Make a pledge to yourself. You DESERVE to be healthy IN 2012. Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.



Lastly, make a note of how many minutes you want to accomplish in May. You can make a note of your minutes here, as well as on your calendar. Put a note in your gym bag. Put a sticky note in your closet by your walking/running shoes. YOU CAN DO THIS!
