When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

32 minutes on the bike.....some stretching....some strength (most of my PT prescribed exercises)....some stretching....and 12 minutes of restorative yoga...

Got a date with the fitness center after work!

1/2 hour elliptical + 1/2 stationary bike + strength training

If the rain stops I'll ditch the elliptical and stationary bike and get out for another 5K practice jog after doing my upper body strength training.
