Kudos on tossing in the shoulder / leg exercises too!
I did the inter office walk / jog...around 1.5 miles each way and although I dragged the Nordic Poles along I barely used them...pushing myself to jog most of the way. Getting ready for a 5K on 5/6...oof! I am NOT a runner, but I figure hey, I can at least do ONE 5K a year...lol!
