There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

among the various exercises that i'm doing for my injured I.T. band and shoulder....here's what I do (and did today).....core sagittal squats.....bridges...functional hamstring stretch...kneeling rollout with ball....stir the pot....prone plank on knees...lunge matrix...and 30 minutes of cardio....

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR LOWER BODY.
Can you do 3-5 lower body exercises?

Spark exercises (there are many more under Fitness):

*Genie Sit
*Squats
*Calf Raises
*Lunges
*Lying Abduction
*Seated leg extensions (w/band too)

Use your imagination. The weekend is almost here.
Let's get moving!
