There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Tuesday to you!

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” -Leo F. Buscaglia

For today's challenge, let's focus on encouraging those inside and outside of Spark. Your challenge today is to give 5 genuine compliments to folks inside or outside of Sparkpeople. You never know how much your uplifting words will encourage others. Not only that, giving a compliment makes you feel good too!

Go ahead, SPREAD THE SUNSHINE!

Have a great Tuesday !
