When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Had my breakfast of whole grain english muffin, apple & yogurt. Snack of almonds...on to lunch? Fresh veggies as usual, red peppers, baby spinach, baby carrots, broccoli and some cheese. Healthy snacking & grazing as I get some paperwork done!

*Whole grains
*Fruits & vegetables - preferably raw or lightly steamed
*Legumes
*Soy
*Seeds

Can anyone tell me what these things have in common? Yup! They are full of FIBER!

Your challenge today is to EAT YOUR DAILY REQUIREMENTS OF FIBER THROUGH YOUR FOOD. Try to avoid taking a fiber supplement today. Instead, fill your day with healthy fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

You can do this!!!
