There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I had a root canal this morning...hardly pampering myself....will go to the gym at 4 to do some cardio,stretching,and strength...

How ironic, LITA. The one day I actually did cycle while I read my Bible and decided I have 2 hrs to get the livingroom walls scrubbed before I go to work this afternoon and you say to relax and pamper myself. lol

Maybe I will pamper myself tonight. emoticon

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to PAMPER YOU! Take time out of your day to spoil yourself. Simple ways you can do this are:

*Sleep in
*Take a nap
*Take a relaxing bubble bath
*Buy something for yourself
*Rent a special movie or go see one
*Buy a healthy food you rarely buy
*Ask family or friends to make YOU dinner for once

Whatever you decide to do today, make sure to take time for YOU.
