When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

at the gym....did cardio (bike)...at a higher setting than i've been doing....and added some strength exercises to the workout...

I am new to this site and would like nothing better than to partisapate but because of my size and my back that is impossable. I am trying to look up chair exercises. My problem is that I just move around a little in my bed and I am out of breath. I weigh over 350 lbs and I am about 85 to 90 inches around and I am 5'3" tall. Right now I have to get dressed and get to do some shopping and just getting dressed I get winded and to get to the car out of breath and once I get in to get comfortabale out of breath to the point it is hard to catch.Trying to move around really to fit better behind the wheel.This is all new to me I never had these issues before I was always to fit everywhere . If you can find me some exersices I can do PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Your challenge today is to FEEL THE BURN! Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
