When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1) Get in 10-12 glasses of water ...did get my 8/8oz glasses of water...2 cups of black coffee and i cup of chamomile tea...

2) Take your multi-vitamin .....every day..

3) You choose your exercise for your level of fitness ....did 60 minutes of PT for my injured shoulder and I.T. band..

Hmmm, a multi-vitamin. I do not take one of those, but maybe I should start. I have been feeling "off" since I got back from my trip to Peru back in December. I wonder if I am lacking something in my diet. I've been to the doctor and we have "just" started tests. Maybe I need to have blood work done to see if something major is missing. But I can always start with a multi-vitamin. I'll get one this weekend and start.
