will try to maintain what i already do and maybe beat the numbers for March????

if you go to Spark America you can put it too last day of february and it will give your what you did for the month ..........or you can go to your fitness minutes and add up the weekly ones an dit will give you your answer...........hope this helps

I can't figure out how to find my archived cardio minutes for February. I can find calories, but not cardio minutes.
