When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Well, I slept in today for a change, and that was a real treat. I think I might go and buy myself something later....and maybe book myself a massage for sometime in the next week or so.

Your challenge today is to PAMPER YOU! Take time out of your day to spoil yourself. Simple ways you can do this are:

*Sleep in
*Take a nap
*Take a relaxing bubble bath
*Buy something for yourself
*Rent a special movie or go see one
*Buy a healthy food you rarely buy
*Ask family or friends to make YOU dinner for once

Whatever you decide to do today, make sure to take time for YOU.
