There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

doing crunches while watching bflo sabres hockey....25 crunches after each goal (2 so far)..15 side bends btwn periods....

Happy Wednesday to you!


Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR ABDOMINAL (and Obliques) MUSCLES. Do at least (3) different exercises (12-15 reps each) that target these areas. Feel free to use: stability ball, weighted vest , weights, gym equipment, and/or resistance bands for more challenging exercises.
