There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Well, given the feedback on my blog, I decided to cut back a half hour on my workout today and just did my ST & 1/2 hour on the elliptical. Skipped out on the 1/2 hour on the upright stationary I previously planned on doing. Figured I'll rest up tonight for tomorrow morning's spinning class!

Water & multi-vit? Standard operating procedure... :-)

1) Get in 10-12 glasses of water .....does 8..8oz glasses count??...plus a cup of green tea...

2) Take your multi-vitamin .....done

3) You choose your exercise for your level of fitness.....the 5 exercises for my injured shoulder and some stretching...

4) Just kick back and enjoy your day.......I try!!
