Here is a recent suggestion that I just loved.
Your challenge today is to JUST SAY NO!
Say NO to:
*Fats & sugars that you don't need (i.e. in your coffee, butter instead of jam, frying instead of broiling/grilling, etc.)
*Eating fast food instead of making something healthy
*Buying from the vending machine
*Staying sedentary - GET MOVING!
*Taking on more than you can chew (I don't mean food either)
*Watching television or sitting at the computer all evening after work
Should you JUST SAY NO to something and want to brag - go right ahead! We want to hear about your day.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
