Our challenge today is to BURN 400 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE.
You can pop in an exercise DVD, go for a power walk/jog, ride your bike, cross country ski, head to the gym, etc.
The goal is to have burned 400 calories by the end of your day.
2012 is OUR YEAR, Team!
Let's make this the year we get into our skinny jeans and become an example to our family and friends.
