looks like i didn't quite make this month's or this year's totals will have to work a little harder next year to achieive the results i am aiming for.......

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

How did you do with your December cardio minutes If you are unsure, go back in the archives for the November cardio minutes and see what you accomplished in December.
It is time to re assess the past year as well and create your yearly fitness minutes and see if you can beat this years!!!
