There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Tuesday!!

Now that Christmas have come and gone let's get back on track!

Today's challenge is to get moving.....you can walk and shoot for that 10,000 steps, go to the gym and do some time on a stationary bike or an elliptical. or you can do something as simple and inexpensive as dancing to music videos or the radio. Let's get moving and get the blood flowing and shoot for 400 to 500 calories burned.
