There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1. Get a start on my Christmas shopping.
2. Get some cheques in the mail.
3. Wrap gifts for my out-of-town daughter (okay, I at least got the shopping done already)
4. Make a healthy supper for work this evening.
5. 30 on treadmill.

Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off the week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY FRIDAY!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today. Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning to a sure to be busy few days.

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!
