I rarely drink diet soda...did have a small diet pepsi with lunch,,,still did have my 8 glasses of water today (8oz)....

Happy Tuesday to you!

Do you ever find yourself grabbing for food and thinking: "Why am I eating this? I'm not hungry."

That could be your body saying I NEED WATER, but your brain is getting the signal confused.
