“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Since I am in Peru right now on a volunteer trip, I will make tomorrow (Thursday) my day of giving 110% at the hospital and doing everything that I can to help the trip run smoother. That might mean not procrastinating about something.

“Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles…. it empties today of its strength.”

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge this weekend is: PROCRASTINATION ELIMINATION!

What have you been putting off lately? Christmas is right around the corner. Wouldn't it be nice to have everything on your "To Do List" completed before then? What have you been meaning to do? Could it be:

*Christmas gift shopping
*Christmas cards
*Grocery shopping for the holiday
*Cleaning out the oven & refrigerator
*Cleaning the yard
*Paying bills
*Decluttering the house
*Washing the car or dog
*Answering e-mails
*Cleaning the garage

Whatever you have been meaning to do, this IS THE DAY TO DO IT.

Have a fantastic Thursday everyone!
