When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1)Have a healthy breakfast ............kashi go lean cereal...1% lactaid.....black coffee...

(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled" ....hummus...

(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed ......i track everything that is consumed...

(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories ....45 min core & more class this evening,at the gym...
