When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

did a 45 minute core and more class at the gym this evening.......and yes,it does work my core!!!!

Happy Monday to you!

How was everyone's weekend? Did you get a bunch accomplished? Did you spend time with loved ones? Did you rest and relax? GREAT FOR YOU!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR CORE! You can do any (or all) of the following:

*Do at least THREE exercises (and appropriate reps) that work your CORE area. Spark Fitness has great suggestions for core exercises.

*Take a class such as kickboxing or martial arts.

*Do an exercise video that focuses on your core muscles

*Do what works for you at your level of fitness

YOU CAN DO THIS!
