Your challenge today is to FEEL THE BURN! Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity

****always remember to work at your own pace and fitness level****

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
