Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied: satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

Drink you daily quota of water
Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own. Let us know what you are going to do to make you (and maybe your family) feel good and satisfied.

Then post here to let us know that you have met your goal.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
