*Fruit Smoothies *Vegetable juices (watch the sodium) *Vegetable soup *Grilled vegetables *Saute vegetables into an omelet or put onto your sandwich *Puree vegetables and add to marinara sauce *Fruit sorbet *Fresh fruit or vegetable salads *Mince vegetables and add to meatloaf, burgers, tacos, rice or pasta dishes
The possibilities are endless. YOU CAN DO IT!
