Your challenge today is to CONSUME 5-7 FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
For some, this may sound like a lot of "healthy rabbit food".
However, getting in your fruits and vegetables doesn't have to be difficult.
Try any of the following to get in extra fruits and vegetables:
*Vegetable juices (watch the sodium)
*Saute vegetables into an omelet or put onto your sandwich
*Puree vegetables and add to marinara sauce
*Fresh fruit or vegetable salads
*Mince vegetables and add to meatloaf, burgers, tacos, rice or pasta dishes
The possibilities are endless. YOU CAN DO IT!
