There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

1. I had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and blueberries.
2. I had a half of a protein bar and a plum after my run for a snack.
3. I measure my oatmeal and berries every morning.
4. The SP calculator said that I burned only 151calories on my run, so I am short about 50. I am not sure I will get the other 50 in by the end of the day if I can't count all the walking that I do at work.

3/4........not bad!

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to:

(1)Have a healthy breakfast

(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled"

(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed

(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories
