Happy Thursday to you!

We are going to focus on LEGS!

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS. Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Jogging
*Rollerblading
*Skating
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, Kickboxing, etc.)
*Jumping rope, squats, lunges, jumping jacks
*Biking

How will YOU work out your legs today?

****Always remember to work at your own pace and fitness level****

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
