Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off the week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY FRIDAY!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today.
Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning to a sure to be busy few days.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
