Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to burn off AT LEAST 300 CALORIES. Get moving! Here are some suggestions that can get your body on the move:

*Take the stairs instead of the elevator
*Park your car far out in the parking lot
*Walk or take your bike to work or school
*Walk on your lunch break or after dinner
*Go to the gym
*Do strength exercises while you are waiting for a commercial to end

You get the idea - GET MOVING and BURN 300 CALORIES!
You can do it!

Remember to work at your level of fitness.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
