Strap on your pedometer - We are going WALKING!
Your challenge today is to put on your pedometer and try to get in 10,000 or more steps.
If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk or you can use a time method of measure. It takes about 1 hour to walk about 5 miles at a moderate speed.
This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the week.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
