“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Wednesday to you!

From reading your posts, I see that many of us are juggling many things in our lives. While we are in the midst of it all, it is hard to remember how blessed we all are.

Your challenge today is to stop and find 5 things in your life that you are thankful for. Really think these through. Make a mental note of these when you are having a rough hour, day, or week. We all have something to be thankful for. Those things get us through life and make it a joy to wake up each and every day.

Have a FANTASTIC Wednesday!

P.S. Don't forget to drink your 8 glasses of water today!
