1. Get 60 minutes of cardio exercise.....go to the gym, go for a long walk, or even break it up into smaller intervals of 10 or 15 minutes at a time. ***always work at your own pace and level of fitness for you****
2. Stay within calorie range, drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, take your vitamins and get enough protein.
4. Track it all....your water, your food, protein and/or any other vitamins or minerals that you want to watch.
5.Do something for you. Take 30 minutes each day to do something that relaxes you. It can be anything from taking a long hot bath to spending time on your favorite hobby.
Your challenge is to do at least 2/3 of these.
