I thought we could do some sharing for today's challenge. We have all been down the "diet yellow-brink road". We have all tried crazy things that didn't work. We have learned what NOT to do. We are starting to learn what we SHOULD do.
Your challenge today is to share something you have learned along the way to healthier living. You can mention:
*What you have tried in the past that didn't work
*Ways that you get in your water or exercise
*Foods, restaurants, recipes that keep you on track
*Ways to stay positive
*Literature or websites (other then Spark) that motivate you
...you name it. Today is about sharing what doesn't work and what does. Who knows? Maybe your experiences will help others to get to their goal. We are ALL here to help one another and get into our "skinny jeans".

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
