When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

This one's easy! I have left over fruits and veggies from a shower I helped with this weekend-all already washed and chopped.
Blueberries and raspberries at breatkfast with my cereal.
Grapes, peppers, tomatoes at lunch with my sandwich-done!

Had a banana with yogurt for breakfast...planning LOTS of veggies for lunch, baby spinach, yellow bell pepper, baby carrots and broccoli...yum!
