On or about the 15th of each month, our challenge is always to measure ourselves. Keeping track of your measurements can be very motivational. This is especially true when the number on the scale isn't going down, but the measuring tape is.
Get out your measuring tape (or print out a free one online) and measure the areas listed below. Make sure to keep these numbers handy to compare for next month.
